The Reason of doing the Pandemonium Event?
The Hellfire Torch and the challenge!

The Hellfire Torch is a Unique large charm
+3 all skills (the character class is random so good luck when identifying it)
+10-20 Atributes and Resistances
25% Chance To Cast level 10 Firestorm On Striking
Level 30 Hydra (10 charges)
+8 to light radius
Required Level: 75

The How of doing the Pandemonium Event?

First step to make the Pandemonium Event is farm the keys of Terror, Hate and Destruction.
You will need the minimum of 3 of each type.

The Key of Terror is dropped by The Countess in hell difficulty. She can be find on the Forgotten Tower (Black Marsh act1)
The Key of Hate is dropped by The Summoner in hell difficulty. He can be find on the Arcane Sanctuary (Act2)
The Key of Destruction is dropped by Nihlathak in hell difficulty. He can be find on the Halls of Vaught (Act5)

Acording to ATMA,the odds of the drops are:

After farming the Keys you will cube 1 of each type and tramsute in Act5 Harrogath, be shure of spreading the portals, you will need repeat this process 3 times.
Each time a red portal gonna open.

One to Forgotten Sands where you gonna fight Uber Duriel and he's gonna drop the Baal's Eye.

One to the Matron Den where you gonna fight Lilith (Uber Andariel) and she's gonna drop the Diablo Horn.

The last one is to the Furnace of Pain where you gonna fight Uber Izual who gonna drop the Mephisto Brain.
All this areas have monsters and uniques, not only the bosses, those areas are area level 83.

Time to UBER TRISTAM!

After this you gonna cube Baal's Eye, Diablo Horn and Mephisto Brain, the last red portal will be open.
On the battlenet version of the game, monsters are summoned in Uber Tristam, on pluggymod only the bosses.
This time you go to a destroyed Uber Tristam where you gonna fight Uber Mephisto, Diablo and Baal at the same time!
After defeating them they will drop a Standard of Heroes (witch is a souvernir) and the Hellfire Torch!
